SS Kemp Company sponsors golf tournament for Foundation.
- The employees of the SS Kemp Co. dedicated their annual golf outing to the benefit of the Foundation raising $1,975.
A.J. Perry Martial Arts conducted a Martial Arts Exhibition at Cuyahoga Community College.
- A.J. Perry of A. J. Perry Martial Arts conducted a "Break-a-Thon" that attracted hundreds of martial arts enthusiasts that raised over $7,500 for the Foundation.
Marathoner and former Marine Tim Hackett completes three marathons.
- Tim Hackett, of Solon, OH, ran his last three marathons for the benefit of the Foundation culminating in the New York City marathon. Through his efforts over $6,000 was raised for the Foundation.
Trustee Nick Sucic and Lt. Col. Mint Ralston, Inspector-Instructor, Third Battalion, Twenty-Fifth Marines, Brookpark, OH address local Women's Club.
- The Hudson Women's Club at their November meeting received a presentation on the Foundation and its work by Trustee Nick Sucic and Lt. Col. Ralston. Over 75 ladies were in attendance. $350 was donated by Club members.
